1. What the service is

A general wellness and fitness app that uses artificial intelligence to suggest training and nutrition, correct your movement with the camera and track your progress.

It is not a doctor, dietitian, physiotherapist or human personal trainer. It does not diagnose, treat illnesses or create therapeutic or clinical diets. It does not replace any health professional.

2. Who can use it

Only people aged 18 or over. By registering you declare that you are 18 or older and that you will answer the health screening truthfully. If the screening indicates risk, the app may limit or refuse plans and recommend that you first speak to a health professional.

3. Use it safely

Plans are automatic suggestions generated by AI and subject to age-based safety limits, but they may contain errors. Choose loads with which you keep good technique. If you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or any other symptom, stop and seek medical help.

See your doctor before starting if you have a health condition, are pregnant, are undergoing treatment or have not exercised for a long time. Suggested supplements are optional and are not a substitute for professional advice.

4. Trial period, price and cancellation

The subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. A card is required; you are only charged at the end of the 7 days, at the price shown before you confirm, and the subscription renews automatically until you cancel. Each person is entitled to one trial period.

You can cancel at any time under Subscription > Manage or cancel. If you cancel during the trial you pay nothing. If you cancel later, you keep access until the end of the period already paid. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

You have the consumer rights provided by applicable law, including the right of withdrawal under the legal terms, with the exceptions provided for digital services that have already been supplied.

5. Your account and your content

You are responsible for keeping your account access confidential. The data, custom plans, journal notes and photos you enter remain yours; you only grant us the licence needed to store and process them in order to provide the service.

Do not use the app for unlawful purposes, to try to bypass the safety limits, to gain access to other people's data, or to send offensive content in the feedback form.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available, but interruptions may occur. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injuries or damage resulting from exercise performed without due care, or from not following the safety instructions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Changes and contact

8. Governing law

Portuguese law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights of the country where you live.
